Note from Norm ...

Mortgage calculators - they're all over the internet. Many are straightforward, some less so, sometimes raising more questions than they answer and inadvertently masking information that is crucial to your planning. So please note that many of the calculators, while very useful, make certain assumptions that may not be obvious to the user. Use them freely, and have fun with them, but just consider checking in to make certain that you understand the finer points of the calculations and don't draw the wrong conclusions!

The calculators included here are some of my personal favorites based on ease of use and graphical output.
